1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you're not happy with the Pro plan, please contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

2. Digital Delivery and Subscription Fulfillment

PhotonQR is delivered digitally. Paid plan access is typically activated immediately after successful payment. Because the service begins on account activation, refund requests are reviewed based on account usage, time since purchase, duplicate charges, service issues, and applicable law.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are generally issued if:

  • You were double-charged for the same subscription period.
  • The service was persistently unavailable or failed to perform its core functions as advertised.
  • You accidentally signed up for a higher tier and requested a downgrade within 48 hours.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period unless your request separately qualifies under this policy or applicable law.

5. No-Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You simply changed your mind after using the service for more than 14 days.
  • Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., phishing).
  • You forgot to cancel before the auto-renewal date, though you're welcome to cancel for future periods.

6. How to Request a Refund

Please email support@photonqr.com with your account email, transaction details, and the reason for your refund request. We'll review valid requests and typically process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days.
