Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Photon QR ("Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Mind Vision Software Solutions ("we", "us") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with 14 days' notice.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@photonqr.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Permitted Use
You may use Photon QR only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to create QR codes that link to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or any content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this clause without refund.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. We use Razorpay (web) and Google Play In-App Purchases (mobile) to process payments. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Free Tier Limitations
Free accounts are limited to 3 active dynamic QR codes. We reserve the right to show advertisements to free-tier users and to modify free-tier limits with 30 days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and serve that content to operate the Service. The Photon QR platform, brand, and codebase are owned by Mind Vision Software Solutions. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us during that period. We are not responsible for third-party destinations linked via your QR codes.
8. Data & Analytics
Scan analytics (device type, approximate location, timestamp) are collected when end-users scan your QR codes. You are responsible for informing your end-users that scanning may collect anonymised data, as required by applicable law (e.g., DPDP Act, GDPR).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or abuse of the Service. Upon termination your data will be retained for 90 days then permanently deleted. You may export your data at any time from the dashboard.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh / Jalandhar, Punjab, India. Registered office: Mind Vision Software Solutions, 729-A Surya Enclave, Jalandhar, Punjab – 144009, India.
