1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and PhotonQR, a service operated by Quarkon Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with all of these terms of use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of Service

By using PhotonQR, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. Service Fulfillment and Access

PhotonQR is a digital software service. Access to paid features is generally provisioned immediately after successful payment and account activation. In some cases, access can be delayed briefly for fraud checks, technical issues, or account verification.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and login credentials associated with your account so we can deliver service notices, billing notices, and support updates.

4. Billing, Renewals, and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the billing interval presented at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge the applicable recurring fees, taxes, and any other disclosed charges.

You can cancel a subscription before renewal to prevent future charges. If you cancel, your paid features remain available through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not use PhotonQR to generate QR codes leading to:

• Phishing sites designed to steal user credentials or data.
• Malware, viruses, or any other destructive code.
• Illegal content, including but not limited to, drugs, weapons, or materials that violate intellectual property rights.
• Excessive spam or misleading link redirects.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these content policies without refund.

6. Fees and Payments

We use Stripe to process payments for our Pro plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees for the plan you selected. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in our Refund Policy.
