Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made on www.photonqr.com and is governed by Mind Vision Software Solutions ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Nature of Service

Photon QR is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. All products, plans, and features offered by Mind Vision Software Solutions are digital in nature. No physical goods are sold, manufactured, or dispatched.

2. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment and confirmation, access to your purchased subscription plan is granted instantly and automatically to the email address associated with your Photon QR account. There is no waiting period, no shipping delay, and no physical delivery involved.

3. No Shipping Charges

Since all services are delivered electronically over the internet, there are no shipping, handling, or courier charges of any kind. The price displayed on our Pricing page is the final amount charged.

4. Access After Purchase

After a successful subscription payment, your account is automatically upgraded and you can start using the paid features immediately. If your account is not upgraded within 15 minutes of payment, please contact us at support@photonqr.com with your payment reference number and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen billing cycle. Renewal access is granted immediately upon each successful charge. You will receive an email confirmation for each renewal.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails during checkout or renewal, access to paid features may be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed. You will be notified by email. You may retry payment from your account dashboard or contact billing support.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining period unless eligible under our Refund Policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
